Volunteers Needed
The Media Room Team needs additional volunteers to serve on a rotating basis on Sunday mornings for the sake of the radio recording and the YouTube
broadcast and recording. We have new, simpler software and will offer training for the willing. If you might consider this opportunity in media ministry,
even only inquiring into the possibility, please speak to Don Healey, Gerald Abbott, or Troy Pouchot.
Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) News and Updates
The dental students and other volunteers at the Free Health Clinic let us know how much they enjoyed their supper of chili, cornbread and brownies. We will be delivering a meal again at the end of April.
We have been able to provide our local school with eight winter jackets, ten shirts for boys and girls, bags of pencils, crayons, notebook paper, and five backpacks. We also added some warm sweatshirts. Thanks to everyone for your help!
Interfaith
The WMU March Selected Mission is Interfaith. They have a need for blankets of all sizes, especially queen and king size.
Pillows are always needed. Items may be brought to the church or delivered to the Interfaith warehouse on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The warehouse is located at 1086 Harris Road in Kilmarnock.
